Is Petal really free?
Yes. Petal is free to download and use on iOS and Android. An optional Bloom subscription unlocks extras, but the core tracker is free forever.
Does Petal sell my data?
Never. There are no ads and no trackers, and we do not sell or share your health data with anyone. Petal is funded only by optional subscriptions.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone first. Petal is offline-first, so your logs work with no connection. If you turn on backup or partner sharing, that data is end-to-end encrypted before it ever leaves your device.
Can I use Petal in Farsi?
Yes. Petal is fully bilingual in English and Farsi (فارسی), with native right-to-left layout throughout.
Do I need an account?
No account is required to start tracking. You only create one if you want encrypted cloud backup or partner sharing.
How do I delete everything?
Open Settings → Privacy → Delete account in the app for instant erasure, or request deletion from this website. Cloud backups are removed within 30 days.
